Ingredients

  • flour - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 5
  • oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • butter - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • sugar - 1 2/5 cups (350 g)
  • milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • yeast - 1 cube

How to make

Beat the eggs. Put the sugar to dissolve in cool milk along with the warm oil. Add the eggs and mix well. Make a well in the flour, adding from the mixture to it.

Knead and beat the dough. Put the dough in a warm place to rise (about 1 1/2 hours). Then, weave it and leave it to rise for about 30 minutes.

Bake in a moderate oven, for about 35-40 min.
