Beat the eggs and gradually add the yoghurt along with the baking powder, the flour, a pinch of salt and sugar and the melted coconut oil.
Add flour until the required density of dough is obtained (with the consistency of boza).
The apple flour should contain up to 25% rice flour. Heat a waffle iron and bake the waffles until they're golden brown.
In order for them to stay dietary, garnish them with sugar-free honey or homemade jam. Try to avoid having them with chocolate.
