"What do you get when you mix your average macaroni with an amazing sauce? A culinary miracle, that`s what."

Ingredients

  • onions - 1 head
  • mince - 10.5 oz (300 g) mixture
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • ham - 3 oz (80 g)
  • mushrooms - 2 tbsp
  • white wine - 2 cups
  • tomatoes - 5
  • macaroni - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Fry the onion and mince, add the thinly sliced ham and mushrooms.

Add the wine and finely chopped peeled tomatoes, as well as 1 tsp sugar. Cook the sauce over very low heat.

Add them to the pre-boiled macaroni. Serve warm with grated cheese.
