Ingredients

  • broccoli - 21 oz (600 g)
  • carrots - 1
  • zucchini - 1
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • cream - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • flour - 4 tablespoons
  • salt

How to make

Put all of the vegetables to boil in enough water to submerge them. Blend the softened vegetables, while also adding salt and black pepper.

Fry the flour with the butter and gradually add the milk and cream. Stir until you get a smooth sauce. Finally, add the white sauce to the mashed vegetables.

Serve the soup with a few rusks and strips of grated carrot.
