How to make
To make the cake layers, first crumble the biscuits. In a food processor, mix the biscuits, butter and nuts.
Having made a crumbly mixture, transfer it to a baking dish greased with oil and sprinkled lightly with flour. Press down on the cake layers very well by hand. Put them in a 390°F (200 °C) oven to brown, for about 15 minutes and leave them to cool.
To make the cream, first soak the gelatin in two tablespoons of cold water. Then mix the yogurt with the sugar, cheese and vanilla until you get a uniform mixture without lumps.
Separately, with a mixer, whip the cream until completely thickened. Melt the gelatin in a water bath and add it to the yogurt mixture.
Thereto, add the liquid cream and chopped strawberries. Mix all of this together and pour it onto the biscuit layer. Arrange strawberries on top. Soak another packet of gelatin and dissolve it in boiling, sweetened water.
Pour it on the cheesecake and put it for 3-4 hours to tighten in the refrigerator.
