How to make
Over low heat in a saucepan, melt butter, add flour and gently fry without letting it turn red. Remove from the heat and pour cold sweetened milk to taste.
Return the skillet to the heat and stir constantly until the mixture boils. Remove cream and pour it in the chilled shot glasses. Melt the chocolate with a little water and pour in a little bit in the cups over the cream.
For decoration, use chocolate sprinkles or shavings and keep them very well chilled.
