Ingredients

  • olives - 9 oz (250 g)
  • onions - 6 heads
  • oil - 1 cup
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • water - 2 cups
  • parsley
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Chop the onion and fry in hot oil. Sprinkle with flour and once fried a bit, add the paprika.

Add the diluted tomato paste, pour in water and boil the mixture. Add olives and boil until the products soften.

Season with salt, parsley and black pepper.
