How to make
Pour the flour in a pan and add to it with a little yeast diluted in water, eggs (minus one yolk), water and a little salt. Knead smooth dough and divide it into 3 parts.
Roll them into 3 sheets, brush them with 1/3 of the butter and separate them into rolls. Braid three rolls and wrap them in a pre- greased tray.
Leave the loaf in a warm place to rise. Brush it with the beaten egg yolk and put it to bake in a moderately heated oven.
