Ingredients

  • zucchini - 1
  • mince - 7 oz (200 g)
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • yoghurt - 4 tablespoons
  • ketchup - 2 tablespoons
  • parsley - 4 - 5 bunches
  • salt - to taste
  • cheese - 2 tablespoons, grated

How to make

Cut the washed zucchini into pieces about 1 1/2″ (4 cm) thick. Scoop out the insides but not all the way through. Salt, arrange in a tray and bake 15-20 min. at 360°F (180 °C).

In the meantime, braise the mince, finally season with paprika. Fill the zucchini with the braised mince, grate cheese on top and return to the oven briefly. Stir the yoghurt with a pinch of salt.

Arrange the zucchini in a plate, sprinkle grated cheese lightly on top, add the yoghurt, sprinkle finely chopped parsley and ketchup as the final touches.
