Ingredients

  • mince - 26.5 oz (750 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • milk - 3 tablespoons
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 1 1/2 cups
  • onions - 1 head
  • cumin - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste

How to make

Mix the minced meat with the eggs, milk, chopped onion, salt and pepper. Shape the minced meat in the form of a roll with greased hands.

Put it in a buttered baking dish and bake at 390°F (200 °C) for 1 hour. Shortly before it's finished baking, sprinkle it with grated cheese and bake finished.
