How to make
Pour the water in an enamel or glass pot to boil.
Wash the mint carefully and add it to the hot water. The liquid is boiled for 5 minutes and then the hob is switched off. Cover the container and leave it to cool. Strain the cooled liquid and add it to the herbal honey and the lemon juice.
Pour the tea in a glass bottle and leave it to cool.
If you don't have time for decoctions, prepare mint iced tea without heat treatment.
Tear the mint by crushing the leaves to release the essential aromas.
Place them in a glass bottle. Add the lemon juice and 4-5 tbsp. from the honey. Pour the water and place it in the refrigerator. Consume it the next day to give the ingredients time to release their flavors.
The drink is best on the third day.
Stock up with 2-3 bottles in the fridge, which are prepared every other day and enjoy the refreshing minty taste.
