Ingredients

  • chicken wings - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg) and drumsticks
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • oil - 1 - 2 tablespoons
  • garlic - 1 clove large
  • potato chips - 1 cup, crushed in a mortar and pestle
  • mashed potatoes - 4 tablespoons, powdered
  • dill - 1 tsp, dry
  • dried vegetables - 6 tablespoons *
  • garlic - 1 tablespoon, granules
  • cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp, sweet
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp

How to make

Clean and wash the chicken wings and drumsticks.

Transfer them to a pot, pour on cold water and put on the stove for the water to come to a boil. Once it does, time 5-6 min. then remove from the stove.

Drain in a colander.

Mix the dry ingredients in a suitable bowl.

Heat the butter in a pan with 1 tbsp oil and 1 large garlic clove, cut in 2.

Roll each wing and drumstick in them while pressing lightly, then move them to a tray with baking paper.
