  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups
  • cocoa - 2 tablespoons
  • glaze
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar. To them add the yoghurt with the baking soda and oil. Finally add the flour, cocoa and baking powder.

Lay out a 15″ (38 cm) x 9 3/4″ (25 cm) tray with baking paper. Pour the mixture in it and bake at 360°F (180 °C) about 35-40 min.

In the meantime, put the products for the glaze in a pot on the stove. Boil about 5 min.

Take the brownie out and leave it to cool slightly. Poke holes in it with a skewer and pour on the glaze.
