  • nettle - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • flour - 3 tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • eggs - 4
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)

How to make

Clean and wash the nettle. Pour about 6 1/5 cups (1.5 L) of water in a pot and leave it to boil. Add the nettle to the boiling water and boil about 15 min.

Take the nettle out with a slotted spoon and chop it. Saute the finely chopped onion and garlic in a little oil. Sprinkle with the flour and paprika.

Pour in some of the broth and stir energetically until there's no lumps left. Return the nettle and salt. Boil the porridge another 10 min. and add the eggs.

Stir well and remove from the stove after 5 min. Serve the porridge sprinkled with feta.
