  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • olive oil

How to make

Wash the saffron milk caps. Arrange the mushrooms' caps in a buttered tray with the gills facing up. Sprinkle them with crushed garlic and chopped greens.
