How to make
Set aside 4 Oreo cookies for decoration and crush the remaining cookies.
Divide the crushed cookies evenly among serving glasses to form the base layer.
Place the mascarpone in a bowl. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat with a mixer until light and fluffy.
Spoon about 2 tbsp of the cream over the cookie base in each glass. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
Repeat with another layer of cream and more chocolate sauce.
Sprinkle with any remaining crushed cookies if available.
Finish each glass with one whole Oreo cookie, one strawberry, and an extra drizzle of chocolate sauce.
The more chocolate, the better. Oreo cheesecake in a glass is a rich, indulgent no-bake dessert.
