How to make
Take the cooled watermelon, remove the seeds and cut it into cubes.
In a blender, blend the watermelon until smooth. Add the yogurt, liquid cream, honey, lime juice and mint. Blend again until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a metal or plastic container. Cover the ice cream with foil and place it in the freezer.
Every 30 - 45 minutes, stir gently with a fork or mixer to avoid the formation of crystals. Repeat 3 - 4 times for a creamier result.
Remove the watermelon ice cream from the freezer 10 minutes before serving. Garnish the finished ice cream with mint leaves, watermelon pieces or chocolate drops.
If you want a vegan version, use coconut cream and vegan yogurt.
