If the mixture is dry, add a little more orange juice. This will be the marzipan for our chocolate candies.

Grate the milk chocolate and put 6 oz (170 g) of it in a water bath at no more than 140°F (60°C). It should melt, but not liquefy abruptly at higher temperatures.

Stir constantly so that the chocolate is smooth. Then add the rest and stir until it melts.

Form balls from the marzipan and roll them in the velvety chocolate.

Place them onto a baking sheet and sprinkle each candy with crushed hazelnuts or croquant.

Let the chocolate set and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour. Then you can serve these wonderful candies or put them in paper capsules and put them in gift boxes to delight your loved ones. The perfect New Year's candies.
