How to make
In a bowl we mix the butter cut into lumps, the flour, oats, honey, sugar and cinnamon, until crumbs are obtained.
Leave them in the refrigerator.
Cut the pears into larger pieces, grease the baking tray well and put the apples, add 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and ginger.
Take out the resulting crumbs from the refrigerator and place them on the pears.
Bake the juicy pear cake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.
You can serve the cake with pears and muesli with jam of choice.
