"Even if you don`t have any other kind of pasta at home, you can make a great main dish with these macaroni"

Ingredients

  • macaroni - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • peppers - 2 pcs. green and red
  • spring onions - 3 stalks
  • salt
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • minced meat - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • cooking cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • beef broth - 2 cups

How to make

Clean and finely chop the peppers and spring onions. Fry them in a deep pan until soft. Then add the minced meat and stir until white.

Peel and finely chop the tomatoes. Add them to the other products. When you mix them well, add the macaroni and the beef broth. Add the cream as well.

Add salt and close the lid. Cook the pasta with minced meat and add more broth, if needed.

Cook until done and then sprinkle with yellow cheese. Close the lid and cook the macaroni with minced meat, tomatoes and cream for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
