How to make
Turn on the oven to preheat to 360°F (180 degrees).
Beat eggs and sugar, vanilla with a pinch of salt, until a fluffy and airy foam is obtained. It takes at least 7-8 minutes, but it is mandatory, because in this Trilece no leavening agent is used and the fluffier you make the eggs, the more successful it will be.
You can also use the technique of beating the yolks and whites separately and adding the sugar to the yolks. Once both mixtures are fluffy enough, combine them into one with smooth stirring.
Sift the flour into small portions to the fluffy egg mixture and gently stir with a spatula, until it is absorbed.
Pour it into a greased with butter 8.7″ (22 cm) in diameter pan. If it has a detachable bottom, it would be better.
Bake it for 20 minutes in a preheated oven.
Immediately turn the baked cake over onto a tray, unclip the pan and run a knife along the bottom just in case, so that it peels off easily if it is stuck in places.
Place it back into the pan, by turning the cake over and pierce it with a skewer.
Beat the condensed milk with the liquid cream and the milk.
Pour the mixture over it and leave the syrup cake to soak it up for a few hours.
