How to make
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and leave it aside.
In another bowl, mix the cocoa, white and brown sugar and oil. Stir with a spoon, then start beating with a mixer. Add the eggs one by one, by beating the mixture after each one.
Grate the chocolate and add it along with the vanilla. Finally add the flour and beat well with a mixer. Cover the mixture with foil and leave it for at least about 4 hours or 1 night in the refrigerator.
Put baking paper on the trays and from the mixture form balls the size of a walnut, roll them in powdered sugar and arrange them at a distance.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees) and bake them for 10-12 minutes with a fan. Do not bake them for too long - when you take them out, they will still be soft, but then they set. It is best that the center of these cocoa cookies remains soft.
Store the crinkle cookies in boxes, so that they do not dry out.
