Ingredients

  • sea bass - 3 - 4
  • lemons - juice of 2
  • sea salt - crushed
  • black pepper
  • olive oil

How to make

Clean the sea basses and remove their spinal bones. You can leave them with their heads on or remove them.

Pour freshly squeezed lemon juice on their insides and rub them well with salt and pepper.

Leave them to sit for 15 minutes in a cool area. Then heat the grill, brush them thoroughly with olive oil inside and out, and put them to cook for a few minutes on each side.
