Ingredients

  • pangasius - 3 large fillets, about 2.5 lb (1.2 kg)
  • white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • cooking cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • spices - for fish
  • olive oil - 4 - 5 tablespoons, or oil
  • mushrooms - 2 - 3 champignons (optional)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • lemons
  • parsley - for sprinkling
measures

How to make

Thaw the fish fillets and clean them well from any remaining pieces of ice. Rub them with lemon and seasonings for fish and arrange them in a tray, greased with half the oil. Pour in the wine, add the cut into slices mushrooms, and sprinkle the top with the remaining oil.

Bake for 20 minutes at 390°F (200 °C), add the cream and bake for another 5 min. Serve each pangasius fillet hot with a slice of butter and sprinkled with fresh parsley.

Suitable side dishes are steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes. This recipe is also great with a salmon fillet.
