"Two eggs are almost everything you need to make a delicious cake"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 2
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • fig jam - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • yogurt - 1 and 1/4 cups
  • water - 4 tbsp.
  • oil - 1/4 cup
  • flour - 2 cups
  • walnuts - for sprinkling, ground
  • powdered sugar - optional

How to make

In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat them together with the sugar.

Put the soda in the yogurt and wait for it to rise a little.

Once it is ready, add it to the mixture.

Add the water and oil and finally the jam with the flour.

Mix well and pour into a greased baking tray.

Sprinkle with ground walnuts on top.

Place in the oven and bake at 360°F (180°C) until done (35-40 min).

Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
