How to make
Prepare a marinade of wine, vinegar, sugar and curry powder. Rub the steaks with garlic and season them with salt and black pepper.
Leave them in the marinade for 2 hours in a covered container in the refrigerator. Arrange them in a greased oven dish, pour marinade over the top, cover with aluminum foil and put them to bake at 390°F (200 °C) for 40 minutes.
Then remove the foil and grill them finished.
