  • pork livers - 14.1 oz (400 g)
  • onions - 1 large head
  • peppers - roasted 4 pcs.
  • black pepper

  • wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml).

How to cook

The onions are cut coarsely and stewed, add liver, cut into bite sized pieces and add roasted peppers.

Season with pepper, salt and savory. When the liver is almost done, add red pepper and 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) of wine. Cook it until only the fat remains.
