Ingredients

  • asparagus - 21 oz (600 g)
  • butter - 2 oz (60 g)
  • parmesan cheese - 3.5 oz (100g)
  • salt - to taste

How to make

The asparagus may be cleaned. Put it in salted water over low heat until tender.

Drain from the water and arrange in a small pan. Cut the butter into several small pieces and arrange them on the asparagus.

Grate the Parmesan / if you have not grated it/ and put the pan in the oven. Bake at 390°F (200 °C) to melt the cheese.
