We are talking about the valuable rice decoction, to which a number of healing and beautifying properties are attributed. Although it can be prepared in many different ways, at its core it is exactly that – the water in which you have boiled rice.
Rice decoction has a healing effect for stomach problems – it is known that when consumed, it works wonderfully for inflammation of the stomach and intestines, for intestinal disorders and for poor digestion.
It is also a well-known remedy for diarrhea. In addition, rice decoction removes toxins from the body, thereby rejuvenating it, strengthening it and preventing certain diseases. Due to the fact that it also removes salts accumulated in the body, it is effective for the treatment of osteochondrosis, gout and joint inflammation.
At the same time, rice decoction can help you successfully lose weight. You need to replace one of the meals of the day with a glass of rice broth. You can also drink a glass of rice decoction in the morning on an empty stomach. This practice is used in China and it is believed that the drink gives energy, endurance and strength for the day, removes excess moisture from the body and detoxifies.
